1 Perform work orders as assigned in a timely manner
2 When not on service calls, refurbish equipment at the beverage shop to prepare it to go back in the field.
3 Maintain proper parts in the service vans
4 Keep the beverage shop clean and organized.
5 Turn in weekly paperwork to the Beverage Department manager.
6 Record all serial numbers on all equipment when installed on work orders
7 Obtain signatures by store personnel on completed work orders
1 Attend regular training classes on the various equipment to maintain proficiency
2 Visit supplier facilities that lead the market in major categories to develop knowledge
3 Participate in training programs identified by the Director of Foodservice
