Lawson Williams

Lawson Williams was raised in Henderson, NC and has worked in the family business since he was eight years old.  Lawson attended Fork Union Military Academy and then continued his education at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas graduating in 1996 with a BA degree from the Cox School of Business.  While in Dallas he received his commercial real estate license and worked for three years in the industry in sales and contract negotiations.

Lawson rejoined the family business in 1999 and has worked in various capacities for the company before becoming President in the spring of 2009.

In 2020, realizing that investing in himself would better prepare him to shepherd the company into its next generation of growth, Lawson returned to school where he earned his Executive MBA from UNC Keenan-Flagler Business School.
